I'm becoming a BitTorrent whore. Sigh I suppose it was inevitable. I released two sets of Dave Matthews Band rarities last night. I plan to release all my other DMB stuff (11 albums) today and tomorrow.

Today, something significant happened. A 30 year note, at par, on a 30 day lock, currently carries a rate as low as 4.875%. A 30 year mortgage...at under 5.000% interest. Never did I imagine rates being so low.

This is either very bad, or very good. Only time will tell...
